A robust design for HGV access
The LBA 10 is a heavy-duty barrier designed to withstand impacts and intensive use. It can be fitted with reinforced or fibreglass arms for heavy goods vehicles. It operates continuously for up to 10,000 cycles per day. It is fitted in industrial sites, technical hubs and critical infrastructures.

MAIN CHARACTERISTICS

• Arm: ø140 mm tapered axial reinforced fibreglass from 2 to 10 m / one-piece and without bracing
• Geared motor: Three-phase / 230v single-phase power supply
• Spring: Spring compression-based compensation
• Housing: Cataphoresis treated steel sheet with a Ronis 405 lock + Standard RAL 5015
• Cover: 2 mm thick aluminium sheet with RAL 9010 paint
• ONE-C control board including: Power supply, PLC, frequency converter, SD card, RJ45 (Modbus) and torque limiter
• ONE-SENSE sensor: Automatic motor management and control
• Reduction gear: Reversible/irreversible (to be defined)
