A25-60 C80

The ALE A25-60-C80 bollard manufactured by AMCO is an automatic retractable bollard with a remote hydraulic drive system. Made of steel 25 cm in diameter, 60 cm high and painted with RAL, the surfaces exposed to tread (top of bollard and floor plate) are made of stainless steel. The bollard is supplied with 15 m of hydraulic pipe for connection to the One-C control module. This bollard is motorised by an industrial hydraulic pump, which is offset in an adjoining unit (Totem, cabinet, technical room, etc.). The underground part of the bollard does not contain any integrated sensitive elements Its resistance is certified with a crash test, during which the bollard stopped a 1.75-tonne HGV travelling at 80km/h, with the bollard remaining operational after the impact and without vehicle entry, supplemented by a digital crash test carried out by an independent Cofrac-accredited body in accordance with IWA14-1, proving its ability to stop a 7.5-tonne HGV travelling at 64km/h.

RB90C65

The ALE RB90-C65 FP road blocker, manufactured by AMCO, is a hydraulically powered automatic security barrier. Measuring 90 cm in height, it is available in lengths of 2 to 4 m. The RB50 is supplied with 15 m of hydraulic pipe for connection to the One-C technical module. Its galvanised steel frame is just 50 cm high, so the device can be sealed in a 55 cm deep excavation. The bellows side is made of a flexible material that prevents the device from jamming in the event of an impact. The surface exposed to the tread is composed of multiple chequered stainless steel sheets removable by a person working alone and provides access to inspection hatches for visual inspection inside the device. This road blocker is powered by an industrial hydraulic pump, which is offset to an adjoining unit (Totem, cabinet, technical room, etc.). The underground part of the RB90 does not contain any integrated sensitive elements. Its resistance is certified with a double crash test, during which the RB90 stopped two 7.5-tonne HGVs travelling consecutively at 64 km/h with the device remaining operational after the both impacts and without vehicle penetration, supplemented with a digital crash test carried out by an independent Cofrac-accredited body in accordance with IWA 14-1 proving its ability to stop a 7.5-tonne HGV at 80 km/h.

A25-60 C50

The A25-60 C50 retractable security bollard is made of steel, 25 cm in diameter and 60 cm high. A wide range of versions is available (LEDs, stainless steel). The frames and the surfaces exposed to tread are made of stainless steel, offering high tread resistance. Operational after a crash test with a 1.1-tonne car at 50 km/h, its resistance is supplemented by a digital crash test carried out by an independent Cofrac-approved body, during which the bollard stopped a 3.5-tonne HGV travelling at 48 km/h without vehicle entry. The drive system is integrated in a separate compartment, accessible without disassembling the bollard. It is also available with a remote hydraulic drive system.
