Automatic retractable bollard - Withstands the impact of a 7.5 HGV at 80 km/h
The ALE SA25-90 C50 bollard manufactured by AMCO is a semi-automatic mechanical retractable security bollard with a hydraulic compensation system integrated into a compartment adjoining the bollard frame.
Made of steel, with a diameter of 25 cm and a height of 90 cm, it is lowered by gravity and pressing on the bollard, and raised manually using the operating key, which acts as a lifting handle with hydraulic assistance.
Access to the operating system is secured by a European barrel lock, and the floor plate and the top of the cylinder are made of stainless steel.
A wide range of configurations is available, including RAL colours, seafront treatment, emergency services lock and anti-vandalism screws.
Its resistance is certified with a double crash test, during which the bollard stopped two 7.5-tonne HGVs travelling consecutively at 48 then 80 km/h, with the bollard remaining operational after both impacts.
